We hope you will be delighted with your product but should you have any concerns please contact us.
Products which have not been personalised can be returned to us at any time within 14 days of receipt provided that they are unused and in their original packaging. We will issue a refund back to your method of payment within 72 hours of receipt of your return.
We regret that personalised items cannot be returned to us unless they have been incorrectly personalised or are faulty. If the name requested has been personalised incorrectly please send a photograph to us by email and we can then take action to replace the item very quickly. It doesn't happen often but when it does it is good to get it rectified straight away.
Finally, if you do return items to us please ensure you send them back to us using a tracked method so that they cannot be lost. We cannot be held responsible for any products lost in transit.
